ok im trying to build a website from scratch. I have basic HTML knowledge and am using coffeecup HTMl editor. I need to know where i need to start my website. My basic home page layout is that i would like my Web tytle centered at the the top. links directly below it(sign in, sign up, browse, etc) and then from there im having trouble i would like to add about a paragrpah of site info on the left side a sign in spot on the right, and maybe some pics below all that im having trouble setting up tables and frames...NEED help bad..plz

thanks for the help i tried to one of the frames they gave me but wen i tried to paste it into my html editor it would show up as i wanted...thanks for the help
