I would use your resources if:
1. They adhered to w3c standards
2. Your site was w3c compliant
3. I wanted to learn how to use depricated css
4. Javascript was the standard for producing css
5. It didn't promote the use of Tables for layout
6. You knew that Adobe has purchased Macromedia
7. You didn't promote Dreamweaver as an html editor
8. You didn't promote the use of templates
and much more.

So you can see I'm enthusiastic about your product...NOT!!
