YAHOO
and these days all
service providers came with the technology called Blog where you no need to have the HTML knowledge or nothing you have to know. Just use the control panel and
Paste and sumbit the data and you are on the web
for example
google's
Blogspot.com
and Myspace.com
and yahoo's www.geocities.com
ofcourse one thing is you no need to get new username with the existing username of current service only use these for example to login into geocities just use the yahoo username and password
hope you people got some idea about freewebhostings
also try some are like
tripod.com

www.freeservers.com
googlepages.com
and blah blah
