Hello all,

I'm trying to build an internal website at my work to keep track of information between 2 departments.

The HTML coding is not a problem. It is basic coding that will include 3 input fields.

The problem lies with how to store the information. I attempted to use mysql as the database, and php coding. however I am unfamiliar with exactly what needs to be done to get php to work. Does anyone have a good link, or a step by step process on what to do to finish this simple project?

Thanks for any advice

Also,

I'd like the stored information to be editable. Ideally, there would be 3 input fields at the top of this site, and a submit button. Then the info would be displayed below with an option to edit that info (add/delete).

I've looked into doing an dynamic table, but ran into the above problems of not being able to get PHP to work, as well as not being able to store the info.

Sample coding?

Thanks,
-Green
