A free web site will only get you a sub-domain name. You will have to pay for your own registered domain name, but many sites will host "free" if you register the name through them.
Freewebs.com is a good one. Look through the "Free Hosting" section for hosting sites that other members have recommended. |

Getting your website up and running is not that difficult, you just need to buy domain name for your website from godaddy.com , will not cost more that $10, and search on google for free webhost. ALso search for free html templates and upload it to your host, map your domain name to this host, and its done.
If you find it difficult just visit http://www.webworldguru.com. For website development tutorials using PHP and MySQL. You will find many simple and interesting tutorials at WebWorldGuru.com
