Im trying to make links that will load a page to a frame on a onmouseover event...

Don't see much JS on that page for what you want to do on a mouseover. What script you do have seems to be some "pay popup" type script and nothing to do with mouseover event. Also, page contains no frameset tags or frame DocType.
You also are missing an open body tag. |
