Hey guys,
I'm trying to make a progress bar where the percentage complete is entered rather than calculated. This is not for a DL. Its for something akin to donations.
I'm actively learning HTML, and may come up with an answer but any help would be greatly appreciated.

hopefully this site will work out, ive been looking for a place to get smart answers on HTML questions.
i just need some specific orientation. once i'm headed in the right direction i can usually figure it out. |
