I did this on my other page & it works great but this page it clicks down the page and some of my images are that dreaded 'missing image' box.
My page is activly up & screwed up right now. I'm going to take most of this out and just put up a few stand alone images until I can figure this out.
Would appreciate if anyone can see what I'm missing here.

Make sure your paths are correct. Most of the links are like this NewFiles/Bgd.gif", but these are small letters

I tried large & small.
There was an existing directory when I took over the site and then GoLive added another directory with the same name, only the other way...one NewFiles one newfiles.
Anyway, my other page that works has the cap NewFiles and it works great.
I tried it both ways and I don't think that is the problem. Both files have the same images in them. Both are used here & there throughout the site...so I don't delete one or the other.
I will try to change them again... |

I already made a change so that the 2 larger images are just images now, not clickable (so that the page at least shows all the images, even if they don't click & get larger).

The only difference I see is the clearance page first set of images to be enlarged have no number
onclick="document.all.large.src=
Then on the corporate events page, they start with
onclick="document.all.large1.src=
I don't know if it makes a difference where the numbering starts or not. |

The strange thing is that it works perfectly in the GoLive preview screen and yet every time I upload the thing it still doesn't work.
Can anybody help?
I'm completely lost. I even tried to copy everything from the page that works into this page, but it just made everything wider.
I didn't make the frames & don't know how to work with them I guess. |

onclick="document.all.large1. only works in IE and no other browser. I don't know why one page works and the other doesn't.
I have worked up an example page using css and jquery if your interested. |

Are you saying that this onclick thing only works in IE? Don't most people use IE anyway? I'm getting very confused about what to do. |

IE is steadily losing ground to more compliant browsers as FireFox (35% of market), Google Chrome (12% of market), Opera and Safari. As consumers are getting more educated they are turning to more standards compliant browsers.

I did finally figure it out and thought I'd share this simple dumb thing I missed..
GoLive made a folder named NewFiles and I had a folder on my server that had newfiles. For some reason some of my imaes went to newfiles and some went to NewFiles. I fixed it by making a new folder called Images and when I get around to it I will just delete newfiles & New Files.
I did some research and onClick works with alot of browsers...IE, Firefox, Opera...and a few others. I'm glad I didn't give up on onClick as it does what I need and is simple to use.
