it looks like your using frames, even though I've read your source code. It looks boxy and unprofessional :( All the cutesy cartoons and old style buttons draw away from your content. Try simplifying. It looks like you have a good grasp of the technical aspects though. Good job!

Just updated it with div sections now.
though its suited to high res screens (1280x720), (I need to change it more if I want to make it suitable for old pc's)

I like the site so don't get my criticism in the wrong light. I'm assuming you dont want me to tell you ho great you are and you want ppl to help you improve the site. that being said:

1)I don't like the separate boxes for your top menu and recent news on the left. look around at how many other professional sites look model after them.

2)the really old buttons on your top menu make your sight look outdated.

3) you lack significant content. (but hey so do I, we all have life too :P)
