I tried posting a Q. I forgot to enter the Subject and hit on Submit button.
The page (posting.php) refreshed and came back with the same data I entered. I was not sure if my post was accepted or not. I had to go back to List and see. Then I realised I did not enter the Subject.

Don't know if it makes sense, but I think it would be more user friendly to notify the user with required info that needs to be filled for accepting his post or a way like providing an astreix for required fields.

It does tell you on the top :) Try it again and you will see
