Hi, I have a new website which I created using an online site building program. I submitting my site to search engines on July 21. It didn’t take long for Google to index my site but it can't be searched with keywords yet. In Google Webmaster there’s no data available for keywords.
This is my concern: My site is: www.sunriselamps.com. When I look at my websites "view source" html coding. I have to scroll an extremely long way down to view the coding. Could this be a problem for search engines? Can they find my key words? I have a <h1> & <h2>, but the're lost, the're so far down. I’ve never seen coding like this, with it so spread out! Any help is appreciated. Should I look for a new host? Thanks. |

I wouldn't look for a new host, the coding is not their fault it's the editor's.
I would ftp download all the files, use a text editor (notepad), remove the whitespace (space between content tags), then re-upload all the files. As long as you remove no code it will work fine and you will not lose your indexing. Google doesn't index blank space or whitespace. |
