I am web designer of the website www.HoranConstruction.com, and I created a javascript file to handle the creation of my header and left navigation bar and footer for the web pages. So I would have to update the code in one place instead of several. However, when I run google analytics or websitegrader on my site, it is not reading the links that are created in the header, left navigation, and footer.

What am I doing wrong?

Bad idea as the 'Bot crawls your page and not the JavaScript file. Might want to look at these navigation methods:

While your at it, you might want to correct these HTML errors: Errors

May I make a suggestion that you don't use tables for your page layout. So outdated. Went out in the 1990s and there are new web standards coming into effect soon and your page isn't even up to current standards.
