ok, what I am looking to do is make profile style boxes like myspace does.. the about me, general info, etc. I have no idea where to start, been searching around the internet for a few days now and stumbled across this forum..

I also have a few other simple things a pro could figure out, I need help with.. if anyone is interested, I could pay, or give them a lifetime membership to my adult website, I am doing this all for.. Time is an issue, I want it to be finished by oct. 20th.. so any help at all is appreciated.

This one needs Mootols javascript library and here's one that used the jquery library.

let me better explain, what it is I need.

I want a Textbox? maybe thats not the right term for it.. no sure.. but basically like when you edit your profile on myspace you type in an area, then save it and it shows it on your page..

so

textbox -> You type your info -> Then Save it -> Then its read on your web page.

then if you need to edit it again it comes back up on your textbox how it is on your page.

For what you want it will require a database, an input form with a textarea and an edit form that queries the database and displays data for editing. This is all written in php or asp, not html. If it is for user profiles, user accounts with login and cookies will be required.

i have all the login info handled. so I need to jump down to the php forum lol
