Welcome to the forums Crazed!

One way to do it:
Code: <a href="http://www.money.com">
<img style="border: 1px solid #FF0000" src="images/cash.gif" width="150" height="117"></a>

As far as a great forum, that is hard to say. A lot of people want to get the posts high, but the posts are not all that great. Good Admins & moderators who abide by a great set of TOS will be a good start. It takes a long time to really get a forum going. Don't over-extend it - meaning don't just add a bunch of categories. Keep it simple. If you get the membership, etc, then add them later.

:) Well one way that I knew of. I am sure there might be others. You can use that CSS & have it applied to all graphics as well.

We used Hostway before we started our own hosting company. Not too sure where you are - since that is also usually a factor

If it was up to me, I would've used an external CSS file to style the <img>.
I just can't stand having to put the style into the tag. It just seems to messy to me. :)
Well, like what Corey Bryant said, this is another way to do it.
