whats the coding for a forum because i want to make a forum like the one on this site but for my neopets guild. plz help

Well, firstly, making a forum board from scratch is extremely tough.
What you need is a free forum board. From my experience, phpBB or Invision Power Board is best.
Next, you need a host that supports PHP and MySQL.

Reply back with what your host supports. Note that finding free hosts with PHP and MySQL is near impossible so you most likely will end up paying for a hosting account.

Geocities does not support PHP/MySQL or CGI. (CGI is another scripting language that can be used for forums [although PHP is the most common language for a forum])

Most free hosts don't give you anything special. Just space to host your HTML files.

Carefull with your definitions - CGI is not a language .

Short for Common Gateway Interface, CGI allows users visiting a web page to send and receive information from a server. Its function is to faciltate the use of server resident programs (scripts). Perl, PHP and C++ are some of the popular CGI scripting languages
