Im reading an HTML & XHTML teaching book and it has few javaScripts like the hover image thing (not sure what it is called =-/).

OnMouseOver="newsman.src='image2.gif'" OnMouseOut="newsman.src='image1.gif'">

When I tried this in IE6, that yellow security bar comes up and says "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options..."

I checked this one site out I use to go to alot that has something similar, and that popup thing doesnt show up. Just wondering how I can make it not pop up like this page without messing with my security settings. http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/

What am I doing wrong to make that thing keep popping up every time I load my test pages.

Goto Internet Options>Advanced>
scroll down to Security and check "Allow active content to run in files on my computer"

Im trying to make it so i dont have to mess with those options and still allow it to work. Like that other web site there (the one i pasted in my first post), my settings allow that to work but not my own. I don't get that.

They are different. The online site comes under Internet Zone.
You local page comes under different security and you need to allow it with the setting I posted.
