Hello. I'm a college student in training and the company i work with wants their old website redesigned. Here's the site lap.gov.my . The binary tree menu is ugly imo.

I want to know how do you create those 'drop down' menus like the one in music yahoo.com.

There are many javascript menus available.

Sothink DHTML Menu, I'm using this program all the time. You can download the trial version and give it a try.
