Anyone can help me to do this?
1) put an mpg image file as background (I have it)
2) put "on top" of it as a layer (foreground) my links and text
I managed so far only the mpg file playing nicely above my links (I have to scroll down, under the image file to see them.
I would like to overlay the image with my links and text.
