How can I protect my images?
But it does not sound like you want images blocked - but actually an entire site? If so you cannot do it in HTML - you could possibly do it with JavaScript, but that won't be secure.
The best is using a server side language (ASP, .NET, PHP) with a database (MSSQL, MS Access, MySQL) and then maybe using Paypal's IPN to give the user access

What does your server support?
