bro i got this eftp3 client and i need help on how to use it i was told i could use it to put my html page on the internet but this is my first time and i have no clue on how to use it

You will need to contact your web host or ISP to obtain the FTP settings. Then you will need to enter this information into the program: http://www.eftp.org/screenshots.html

The EFTP software comes with serverside and clientside software. You only need to install the clientside part.

Like Cory said, you can contact your ISP or hosting service (where ever your page will be stored) or the required information will be published on that services's client pages or control panel.

You will need to enter your server name that will usually look something like this -

www.yourdomain.com

or

ftp.hostingplace.com

You will also have to enter your username and password that your hosting service provided.

Once you have done all that, you should be able to connect to your remote server. The help menu and the EFTP website have very good instructions for using the software. If there is a specific part of the instruction that you don't understand, let us know!
