Pop-up Wizard to make the pop-ups.
And then you can just center the text in this window. The source code would help with this. Or are you asking how to embed Quicktime? You can surround the code that you use from how to embed Quicktime with Code: <p style="text-align: center"> .. your embed code ;;; </p> and that will center it.
