Gaps between content in Table.

Ok, me and my friend are working on a Myspace group layout, but we are experiencing problems.

There are some gaps that we cant get to go away.

They can be seen here

There is the one on both sides on the banner, i dont know if the Table is causing this or not.

Then theres one after it says '411 on Metal Gear Solid' in the table, and a small one at the bottom of the table after the Video thing.
