hi want the proceduer for online exam conducted by PHP,with security, when one user can attend only one exam, that we has been restricted by me.because now our configuration is a user any no of exam if he get login id and password, we want the way to restrict the user to attend exam only on our permission

To one extent - it is impossible. You can always check the IP address (proxy server), or a cookie (but users can clear them), check email address (people have many of them), check phone number (people might have more than one or give you a bogus one), etc.
