Help me please someone!

Ok I have an off the wall question for everyone!

I had someone build me a simple very simple web site. Ok she did it. But then she said that she couldn’t do the portfolio section. Well I am a photographer and that one section was and is very important to me. Question 1. Can someone please help me build that section for me?

Question 2. Can I have it where I can add delete change out any of my images anytime I wish? And if so what is that called and how do I do it!

Can someone spruce up my site please with some simple colors mouse overs sounds etc, etc,
