Merge Data from Database Report to HTML Form

Hi:

I would like to get some help on merging data on an HTML form from a data source located in my database. The data will be extracted from my db using Crystal. This will all be done via a secure webpage of my website to allow students to print their respective tax receipts. I.e, when a student logs in, they will only see their document that they will be able to print from their browser by clicking on a print button. Since this will be an official document, I don't want the print button to show on the hardcopy. Is this possible?
