Bit of a bind using Submit in frames

I am trying to use a Submit button to send information to an email address problem is I DO NOT have access to the cgi-bin to use CSS or Perl is there any way around sending a form without having access to the cgi-bin.. i am using Geocities as my site host.

CSS, definitely not. Perl maybe - but I never used it.

You can post the form to an email address which will then require the user to say it is OK to open their email client (not recommended).

You can check out Perl Form Processing for some ideas. There are also a lot of "free" form processors like Responders. FormBreeze is another option. You might also check out bravenet.
