When a form is submitted how can I maintain the paragraph structure of the submission the same as it is typed by the user?

for example:
Quote:
"A user writes his
entry like so
and then submits it."

but once it gets to the database it looks like this:
Quote:
"A user writes his entry like so and then submits it."

How can I get the form to store info to database with line breaks and all?

We can't answer your question without knowing how your form handler processes the submission. Please post a minimal test case.
