border problem?

I think I have finished my website, yet when I load it up the borders do not show on the container. The borders show OK when I look in the browsers without loading though. Do you think that it is a problem anyone, or just the ads mucking up the site? The url is www.quartzy.007sites.com and I believe I have overed the code for the border to show here.
