I have just started using frames to show images and HTML pages. It is useful for listing a few topics and links to them and just switching the content of the frame. A handy browser substitute.

Is there another way to do this without using browser unfriendly frames.

some good layouts that are either fixed or fluid. Learn how to do pages and sites using this method and stay away from frames.
