Reset button not works

My reset button works but it does not clear the password fields. Also when my page loads the form comes pre filled. when I hit the reset button all the fields are cleared but password and confirm password!

How are you passing values.
If cookies are you deleting them? describe your problem better. You could set your values to nothing onload, but with a cookie present wouldn't it be better if your customers had those boxes filled in.
