need your help about some codes...

i want to make a text box that has a save button that when you paste the embedded codes in the text box and click save it will automatically play the code like embedded video or mp3player and not as an html so that i will not have to go to my index.html again everytime i will add a new embedded codes...

for example it is something like this one in the bottom part in add media:

can anyone help me what code will i put that will make it please...
