DIV Layouts?

I want to learn how to make a DIV. I know how to whip one up in PhotoShop, but beyond that, I don't know how to code. I know it's CSS, and I'm more familiar with HTML. Does anyone have any sites they can recommend to learn how to make a DIV layout?

<div> tags and CSS are two different things that work together much better for layout out of a web page than the old, non-standard <table> tags. See <DIV ...>.
