hi please any help i need html code can move my last new topics like <marquee> in the from right to left

Do I understand correctly, you want a code for a marquee that text moves left to right?

thanx so much but it's not what i mean , the way the text move in that code u give me is great but how can i make my new topics in forums move
i mean when some one post new topic in general forum how can that topic show in that top moving like that

This part is not HTML, but a server side language (like PHP, .NET, ASP, etc). I do not know anything about PHP, and a little about some of the others. So it would help to know what type of board you have and then give them time to respond, especially if nothing is already written, they will need to type out part of it if they desire.

Or maybe check the support forum for message board you have -- they might already have a mod for it.
