Messageboard/Forum Timestamp code

I know it is possible because I've seen it done before. What is the code to make a bunch of posts on a forum with the same time stamp, or make a bunch of posts and have them all appear at the same time?

um u mean like this one and it creates heaps of posts by one person and say s they are all done at the same time?
