Internet Explorer-Can't See Menu-Alignment Problems

Hi. I am using a Joomla 1.5 and a template. Everything seems to be working fine, however, when viewing the site in Internet Explorer you cannot see the menu. The words are there, but are only partially there... Also there is a jpeg on the very bottom out of line. When I look at the site from another computer I also see that the logo and address section at the top are not across from eachother as they should be. Any help would be wonderful... I am also asking for help in Joomla, but have had no response yet. By the way, Firefox displays everything exactly as I want it... www.airtecheatingandairconditioning.com
