Ok I am using Citymax to design my web page. I am pretty much done my site only problem is I am trying to get an Adobe Flashplayer Video on my homepage.

Problem is I don't have the video on my computer. The url for it is http://studio2.nusoft.net/sos/product/
(not my website)

I need to either download it onto my computer so I can get it onto the Citymax servers or get it on my page with html. I don't even know if this is possible.

I already tried right clicking the video to view the source code and putting that in... that didn't work

someone else told me to put in

<object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-4... codebase="http://download.macromedia.com... width="500" height="320" id="videoplayer" align="middle">

<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
<param name="allowFullScreen" value="false" />
<param name="movie" value="videoplayer.swf" /><param name="quality" value="high" />
<param name="bgcolor" value="#000000" />

<embed src="idd_testimonials/jim/videoplayer.sw... quality="high" bgcolor="#000000" width="500" height="320" name="videoplayer" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" allowFullScreen="false" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/g... />
</object>

all that gave me was a black box.

you can see my site at www.summits.citymax.com

thanks in advance for your help.

Just just entering the path to the SWF file. If the SWF file is not pulling an FLV file, that should work. You should be prompted to download the SWF file and then you can upload it. Or you can use an absolute path to the SWF file.
