I use Internet Explorer. I also use the EditPlus html code.
I create my letter. Everything looks good. But lately, when I shut off the computer, then try to retrieve my letter, it has a lot of 20s inserted in various places in the text.
How do I bring up my letter without the 20s?

| If you are talking about "%20", then that is the character for a space. You're using an HTML Editor to type a letter? What extension do you save it as? |

I use html for my sales letter because I use bullets and other graphic devices handy with html.
More notes:
1) I also get a lot of = signs when I try to bring up the letter again.
2) After I create the letter using EditPlus, I save it to "my documents". I make sure I use .html after giving the letter a title.
3) I'm noticing that, when I click on "open" the file is not showing up in the EditPlus listings.
4) Maybe I can try retyping the sales letter without html.

Are you just typing the letter and saving it as html or are you actually creating the letter as a properly coded HTML file? It lists EditPlus as a text editor where you have to select and insert tags or type them in as you go.
Can you post the code from the file here? Or if too sensitive, PM it. |
