Can you please tell me how can I add html tags like "<li>", "</li>" , <p> or their shortcuts in form of link on my browser's toolbar. So that if i click any tag, it should be added into an empty text field.

My browser is Mozella Firefox.

any shortcut link or editor addon to browser will be helpful

You'll have to search Mozilla Addons to find a toolbar addon if it exist.
