Help with some DHTML code please.

Hi guys, Got a real head ache of a problem here.

I am using http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex11/dhtmlad.htm that code, I have been told that it is out of date by a good few years but its sort of working and i want to use it.

The advert is hideing behind the background image of my site. http://www.clubwn1.com/aspnet_client/Default.aspx

if you look on my testing page http://www.clubwn1.com/aspnet_client/Default1.aspx you can see that the advert sits above the flash menu but it just needs moving to the top.

Both pages have the same code apart from the background part of the code, the testing page (default1) has that part missing.

hope someone can help me out here.

EDIT: in IE the ad box doesnt sit where it does in FF and on the proper page it has added a HUGE black space bellow the menu.
