drop down menu

I have over 250 countries in am excel spreadsheet and i want to create a drop down menu how can i create that useing the excel sheet and not having to type in each country

This hasn't got anything to do with HTML but what the hell!

Have your list of countries in one column on this or another spreadsheet.

Highlight the cell you want to place the list in

Click on "data" in the command menu.

Click on "validation"

On the "settings" tab in the "allow" list and select "list"

There is a small box at the end of the "source" dialogue box - click it.

A new dialogue box opens.

Highlight the entire column of country names.

Click on the small box at the end of the new dialogue box to insert your selection

Click OK and you are done.
