Send 'Contact Us' form in email onSubmit with asp

hey, my school's Business Information Academy (BIT) I'm in has there own business that they are about to expand out to the community, and i've been asked to create a website for it, and i need to create a contact form that the customer can fill out, and (when the submit button is clicked) send it in an email to the email address specified. but i don't want the default email program to activate (eg. outlook, thunderbird, etc). My school has there own web server - and is capable of server side scripting (ASP, PHP, etc.) so I was wondering if there was a(n) asp script that is able to do that.

NOTE: I am using DreamWeaver CS3 for Mac at home and for windows at school

Use a server-side script language if your web site allows it. Otherwise, you will have to use a client-side dependent "mailto:" action to get the form info sent to you.

Your current hosting package MUST allow SMTP ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simple_Mail_Transfer_Protocol ) to work. Otherwise, no email can be sent.
