Please someone help me!!!

I'm having problems with I-Frames, I'm not sure if this is the right forum for it so I apologize if it isn't.

that's my layout and I'm trying to get an I-frame in the empty box. Im not quite sure on how to do it because when I try to put an Iframe on the page it won't put it on top of the image. Can anyone help? Sad

I checked out you page & I see the iframe (news.html) showing up where you have it
