Anchors in Frames

Hey guys. I'm creating a SIMPLE user guide in HTML and I can't seem to figure out how to link to a pecific anchor from one frame to another.

To give you some idea, there are two frames. The left frame has the menu/topics and the content frame (the right one) contains the content/anchors.

So when a user clicks one of te links from the left frame, they are directed to the anchor on the content frame.

Is this even possible? Did I explain clearly enough?
