My Cell spacing is moving out of placement.. please help!

ive built the site in photoshop right, it came out tottaly fine.

i go 2 insert a iframe and the intire layout tottaly break up n moves, ive tryed adding images back as background i even make the iframe idental in size to the image previeusly there.. only thing i believe it is is the cells themself... i wondered if anyone know how to lock the cells in place no matter wat i do? please help its racked my brains n i got a killing headache now..
