making a page not minimize

Is there html code so that a page always shows up maximized and not minimized? I bought a subscription to a pop-up service that gives me java script to put in my html pages - it measures its position by pixels form the left and top.

It looks great when the window is maximized, but overlaps some of the page elements when the window is minimized (not small, but that second box to the left of the red X).

Is there any way to prevent this?
