Scrollbar does not change color !

Hy everyone,

First of all, I'd like to mention that this forum is amazing, it always manages to answer all my questions. Congrats' to its creators!

Now here's my question:

I am trying to make the scrollbar a different color. I have looked on the forum and tried to do it myself but its not working, its not changing color at all.

here is the code I have in my head section:

Can you provide a link? The scrollbar is not valid CSS and will not work in some browsers. Also, place a # in front when using the hex value.
