transparent color for table?

hi , i need to know color code that can see thru my background wallpaper..Issit kinda filter or something?

Can some1 show me the layouts pls?

I believe it will necessitate some simple CSS.

there's a CSS parameter for transparent backgrounds:

table {
background-color:transparent;
}
