i want to convert mpegs to animated gifs just like these examples.

Real Simple. Right click on the Images you posted and save as a Gif.

He's asking how to convert mpg's into gif's.

Try searching http://download.com/ or http://google.com/ and search up the term "mpeg to gif converter"

Good luck finding something good. I don't come up with good results whenever I try to find converters.

thanks for yur help. i found converters but u cant get the full versions without buying it. thanks again.
