Are you wanting to charge people for clicks? If so, you might have to set up your own system with some type of an ad system.

Otherwise, start with Google ads or something like that

Well usually that is how it works - the advertisers are charged for the clicks.

It seems you have two sites you referenced. Are they both capable of using PHP?

If you do not understand PHP, etc you are probably better off using AdSense

It is not a site you need but a script for the ad management that you can find in hotscripts

You could not find anything under ad management or you could not find ad management?

You would need to find someone to install it. Usually they come with installation instructions or whoever made the script usually will install it for you.

Not sure if you guys are interested but there has been another NZ based pay per click network launched at http://www.vcommission.com.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If your still looking for an online ad tracking solution that will work for PPC, CPA, etc... Check out Tracker Kahuna at http://kurld.com/Pb

I use them for every ad that I track online.
