This is a suggestion maybe you could change the forum time to the time of the viewers computer. Because like it is 4:41 AM right now where I am and its like 12:40 AM where you are it would be easier to check the computer clocks of the viewers time so new members don't get confused with the time.

You can change the timezone/offset in your profile.
